Aerial shots add dimension that ground photography can't match. They show buyers the lot, the neighborhood, proximity to amenities, and views they'll wake up to. Common questions
What if the property is in a no-fly zone?
We check airspace before every booking. If drone flight isn't possible (near airports, restricted areas), we'll let you know and can substitute elevated ground shots or waive the drone fee.
What about bad weather?
Drones can't fly safely in rain, high winds, or fog. If weather prevents flight, we'll return for aerials at no extra charge or reschedule the full shoot.
Do you need special permission to fly?
Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certificates for commercial drone operations. We follow all federal, state, and local regulations.
